COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
ENDURANCE
Long duration intervals with short recoveries. These intervals will help you ride further and maintain faster speeds for longer. Workouts also include simulated climbing drills for increasing leg strength.
HIGH INTENSITY
Short duration intervals with equal recoveries. These intervals will help you win that town-line sprint or get over the top of that climb first. Workouts also include cadence drills to improve pedaling technique.
COURSE RIDE
Virtually ride the elevation profile of a real-life course. Great for when the weather prevents you from getting outside.
RACE SIMULATION
Mix of intervals at various durations and intensities to mimic the demands of racing. Challenge yourself through repeated efforts without full recoveries.
